1. Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, such as your email address and authentication data via Google OAuth. We do not store your raw passwords; they are encrypted via Supabase Auth.
2. Payments & Subscriptions
All financial transactions are handled securely via Polar.sh. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage or terminate your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard.
3. Token Validity
Purchased tokens are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of acquisition. Unused tokens after this 12-month window will expire. This ensures optimal resource allocation for our GPU clusters.
4. Private Generations
Privacy is our core protocol. All images generated within the WOOWF ecosystem are private by default. Your creations are not shared in a public feed or used to train public models unless you explicitly choose to export or share them.
5. AI Interaction Data
To provide our service, we process your prompts through various AI models. While we store history for your personal dashboard convenience, your data is never sold to third parties.
6. Security Protocols
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and secure session management to protect your digital identity within the WOOWF ecosystem.
7. Content Safety Protocol
To maintain a safe ecosystem, we employ automated safety filters. Prompts containing illegal, harmful, or prohibited words as defined by our safety guidelines will be blocked. Repeated attempts to bypass these filters may result in account termination.
